1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the np999 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated under the np999 brand at the domain np999.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

4. Account Registration

When registering an Account on np999, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and country of residence.
• Not misrepresent your identity, age or location at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify np999 immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Account details at all times, updating them promptly if your circumstances change.

np999 reserves the right to require KYC verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5. Terms of Use

By using the np999 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that all gaming and betting activity is conducted for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that the outcomes of casino games and sports betting markets are not guaranteed, that the Platform has a built-in statistical advantage (house edge) across most game types, and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• You may only use the Platform for personal, recreational gambling and sports betting within the scope permitted by these Terms.

• np999 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance periods or network failures outside our reasonable control.
• The use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Deposits & Payments

np999 provides a cashier interface through which registered Users may deposit Real Money Funds using the payment methods currently available on the Platform. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

1. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
3. np999 does not charge deposit fees directly, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, conversion charges or processing delays. You are responsible for verifying these with your provider.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are for new or existing registered Users only, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Only one Account per person, household and IP address is eligible for any welcome bonus.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account after the qualifying deposit is confirmed and any opt-in requirement is met.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated on each offer page. Illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before clearance.

• Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are stated per offer. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

np999 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; and coordinated play between multiple users to exploit promotional terms. Where such behaviour is identified, np999 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings and close the Account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the np999 Platform:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credentials or misrepresented identity information.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargeback requests with your payment provider after using deposited funds.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, misconfigured odds, software bugs or payment processing glitches. Any winnings derived from technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Underage Access: Registering or using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Jurisdiction Bypass: Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, layering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from np999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. np999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
2. np999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including gambling losses, loss of profits or data.
3. np999 is not responsible for losses arising from: acts of God, civil unrest, government action, network failures, payment provider decisions, third-party software errors or any event beyond our reasonable control.

5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by np999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting np999 support via Live Chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of cleared Real Money Funds will be processed. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13.2 Closure by np999

np999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.

• Legal or regulatory requirement.

In cases of closure for cause, np999 may withhold funds pending investigation and reserves the right to confiscate balances found to be derived from prohibited activity.

14. Amendments to These Terms

np999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence.
